Job Description:
- We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls, and other electronic communications
Skills:
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
- Use CRM tools effectively.
- Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)
- 0-4 years.
- 18 years to 35 years.
- Salary: Voice Salary – 19,000 to 27,000 (take-home after deductions)
- DOJ – 17th Sept 2026
