Job Description:
- We are hiring for International Chat Process (Fixed Term Hire)
- Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well)
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from office and work from home
- Chat (fixed-time) salary: 15k (take-home after deductions)
- Age Criteria: 18yr – 35yr
Skills:
- To provide support and resolve issues via chat and other electronic communication.
- Good Written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
- Multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions
- Experience: 0-2years
