- Good analytical and logical skills
- Should possesses excellent technical analysis skills
- Adhere to established SDLC methodology
- Develop and test software changes based on business high-level functional designs
- Task management skill, good communication skill, etc
- Work with Business Analysts, QA team members, Documentation developers, and SCM experts to deliver high-quality software to customers
- The person should be able to propose technical solutions to BU/client
- Should be able to work under pressure and able to handle pressure if any arises from day to day work
