Job Description:
- Zycus is looking to hire BE / MCA 2025 – 26 graduates as INTERN for ITIS Department and is organising a Walk-In drive on 11th April 2026 at our office in our Bangalore Office at Bagmane World Technology Centre SEZ.
- We are hiring BE/BTech graduates for our IT Infrastructure & Support (ITIS) team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong AI acumen who can leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and support IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for IT infrastructure, systems, and internal tools
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows
- Assist in automation of repetitive IT support tasks
- Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues
- Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes using AI-driven approaches
- Document solutions, processes, and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
- BE/BTech graduate (CS, IT, or related fields)
- Strong interest and hands-on exposure to AI tools and technologies
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and operating systems
