Job Description:
- Job Role: Voice & Chat Process Executive
- Location: WNS, Viman Nagar, Weikfield, Pune, Maharashtra
- Shift: Rotational
- Cab Facility: Available
- Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels.
- Provide real-time support and solutions to customers.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in rotational shifts.
