Job Description :
- Interacts with customers over the telephone and via electronic communication mediums/email to build and maintain customer relationships on a day-to-day
- Good Customer service Skills
- Demonstrate leadership and independence; Establish, quantify and maintain quality of work
- Monitor and action assigned queues
Additional Information :
- Will be accountable for regular deliverables.
- Responsible for delivering 100% quality to the client.
- Be able to maintain productivity, quality and meet short/strict deadline.
- Assist superiors in activities related to productivity improvement, quality initiatives, pilot processes etc.
