Job Description:
- Provide technical support to US customers via live chat
- Understand customer issues related to software, hardware, OS, applications, or connectivity
- Perform basic troubleshooting using predefined scripts, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure first-time resolution wherever possible and escalate complex issues as per process
- Document customer interactions and solutions in ticketing/CRM systems
- Adhere to US customer service standards, quality guidelines, and SLAs
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions
- Shift: US Night Shift
- Process: Technical Chat Support (Non-Voice)
- Work Location: Kolkata / Work from Office
Skills:
