Job Description:
- Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/Pre UW /Origination/Servicing
- Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
- Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
- Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
- Maintain production goals & standards by established SLAs and metrics.

- Notice Period – Immediate Joiners to 15 days
- Vaccination 2 Dose & Graduation is mandatory with Provisional and Degree certificate is must.

- Freshers BE, B.Tech & Other PG courses are not applicable for this requirement
