Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer support to international clients through phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Handle customer queries related to products, services, and orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting problems and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience in International BPO or similar industry.
- Fluent English language skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (US shift).
- Proven track record of outstanding customer support/Seller support
