📝 Job Description:
- Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
- Organisation: Wipro – Digital Operations & Platforms
- Workflow: Quality analysis and Document Validation
- Salary Grade/Band: Group AA
- Working hours: Majorly or fixed night shift. Should be ready to work during holidays as well
- Location: Hyderabad (Gopanapally Wipro Office)
- Qualification: Intermediates and Graduates both are eligible. (B.Tech, M.Tech and MCA are not eligible, Pursuing candidates are not eligible)
Responsibilities:
- Review documents and transcribe them in tools.
- Attend all required trainings ·
- Attend QA meetings ·
- Participate in wellness activities
Skills:
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Should have basic knowledge of document validation and quality analysis.
- Should have an eye for easily spotting errors with high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Time Management skills
- Ability to identify discrepancies.
- Good Interpersonal & People skills with a good problem-solving approach.
- Should have Client Centric Mindset
- Any experience in quality analysis or document validation is an added benefit
