Job Description :
- As an Administrator, you should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24×7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
- Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management.
- Should be able to handle issues independatly and suggest/ implement services improvements plans.
- Should be able to identify and highlight scope of automation to lead or Manager
Skills :
- Monitoringcalls/ cases to evaluate domain knowledge accuracy and communication ability
- Provideregular feedback and coaching based on the performance, and Coach outliers on aone to one basis and give feedback to Team Leader/Manager whenever its required
- Responsible forgenerating daily, weekly & monthly reports for internal purposes.
- Ensurethe Internal monitoring are in sync with the external scores provided by theclients for the site
- Calibrate casesinternally with the team to ensure minimum difference in the ratings
- Conductregular huddles with the teams and training batches to share client expectations and trends observed
