📝 Job Description:
- The Inventory programme provides a long-term sustainable inventory management solution to deliver cost efficiencies and reduced operational risk.
- Improved Customer, Supplier and Employee Experience.
- Reduced Supplier Costs
- Complete understanding of customer profitability
- Reduced risk of customer equipment not being covered by maintenance contractors or customers being charged for services that they are no longer using
Requirements:
- Stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills at multiple levels
- Collaborative team player, able to work in a matrix structure, across multiple functions and global locations
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision
- Demonstrable business analysis experience across the product
- Experience delivering change management with a strong customer focus across a global landscape
- Experience in process improvement, design and delivery with a strong customer focus is desirable
- Strong facilitation skills, with a proven record of working within multi-disciplinary virtual teams, ideally in the telecoms or IT sector
