📝 Job Description
- Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
- Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, WebDriverIO).
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail).
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
- Understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
