Job Description:
- Manage onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless induction into the organization.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations during the onboarding process.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to equip new employees with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues or concerns related to employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in onboarding, induction, or a related field (freshers can apply).
- Any graduation degree; MBA/PGDM preferred (specialization in HR/Industrial Relations or International Business).
- Strong understanding of business operations, customer service principles, and corporate culture building.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
