Job Description:
- Assist in the integration of security practices into the DevOps pipeline.
- Work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to automate builds and deployments.
- Implement and monitor security checks during code integration, container builds, and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure secure code, infrastructure, and processes.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using tools like Snyk, OWASP ZAP, and Trivy.
- Assist with infrastructure as code (IaC) security (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of application security concepts and common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).
- Exposure to scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, Java).
- Willingness to learn tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.
Good to Have:
- Awareness of DevSecOps tools like Checkov, Snyk, Trivy, or Aqua Security.
- Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, or NIST.
