Job Description:
- Develop and implement explainability techniques for AI/ML models.
- Work with SHAP, LIME, Captum, and other XAI (Explainable AI) frameworks.
- Ensure AI models are interpretable, fair, and free from bias.
- Conduct AI audits to assess risks, biases, and ethical concerns.
- Develop visualization tools to explain AI decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize AI models for regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act, HIPAA, etc.).
- Research and implement counterfactual explanations, saliency maps, and feature importance methods.
- Work with teams to integrate explainability into deep learning models for NLP, CV, and predictive analytics.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI ethics.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Familiarity with explainability tools like SHAP, LIME, and ELI5.
- Understanding of bias detection, fairness metrics, and responsible AI principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to generative AI models and their explainability challenges.
- Experience with fairness-aware machine learning techniques.
- Knowledge of AI regulations, compliance standards, and transparency laws.
