Job Description:
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces and user experiences for our AI-powered search platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
- Design and implement high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
- Develop and maintain UI component libraries and design systems.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design principles across all products.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
