Job Description:
- Assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including client proposals and contract renewals
- Manage vendor interactions, quote negotiations, and vendor contract renewals
- Support stakeholders in business forecasting, expected order values, projected revenue, and target margins
- Handle long-term business planning, cash flow forecasts, client maintenance contracts, and vendor contracts
- Collaborate with international teams and interact with clients/vendors as needed
- Open to working in shifts based on business requirements
- Additionally, as we move forward, this role may involve automation, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
Skills:
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams), Advanced Excel Dashboards, SQL
- Soft Skills: Strong email etiquette, communication, and presentation skills for stakeholder interactions
- Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Python programming, Power BI, familiarity with system design
