Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and develop automation.
- Drive analysis on projects and important strategic decisions, improving the experience for our driver partners and riders.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that powers our policies.
- Coordinate with other members of the Community Operations team across the Globe to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.
- Build, maintain, and automate detailed processes for city, regional, and global operations.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of work experience in Software Engineering
- Exceptional JavaScript knowledge with a strong SQL background
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
- Ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge to the team
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Effective people and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Excellent SQL, Javascript Programming/coding skills, and JSON data manipulation
- Knowledge of code management via GIT
- Knowledge of Databases (Vertica, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of GraphQL &/or Lucid Charts is a plus
