Job Description:
- Gather requirements from different stakeholders and teams within the business.
- Validate the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, as well as raising any bugs.
- Functional testing: Identifying and testing every function of a product and matching the results with the required specification
- Test planning: Collaborating with project stakeholders to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans
- Test case development: Creating detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets that cover various scenarios and use cases
- Regression testing: Ensuring that the Salesforce system updates do not cause problems with existing functionality
- Defect management: Logging and tracking defects identified during testing
- UAT testing: Helping UAT testers by giving screenshots of the functionalities and test cases flow
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (passed out year between 2022 to 2024).
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
- Interest in studying and learning new things
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-graduates are not eligible for this program
