Job Description :
- Define, maintain, and iterate the overall influencer relations strategy
- Acquire new influencers and creators through engaging one-on-one with content creators across email and social media channels, as well as at live events
- Resolve issues with and between content creators in a timely and professional manner
- Activate content creators and deliver weekly and event-based information
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing team to create campaigns to activate content creators and influencers
- Track performance of campaigns and individual content creators using internal and third-party tools, and present weekly reports of activities, activations, issues, and coverage
- Maintain constant communication and feedback with the Marketing, PR, and Product team; be the advocate internally on behalf of the creators to ensure their needs are met
Skills :
- Existing relationships with premium influencers/creator and agencies (preferred)
- Deep understanding of social media channels and roles
- Able to effectively work independently and the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Ability to develop creative campaign strategies and promotions that resonate with the target audience to achieve campaign goals
- Ability to multitask simultaneously with excellent personal organizational skills and high attention to detail
Qualification : BA or BS in Marketing, Communications or a related subject, or equivalent combination of education
