Job Description:
- Swiftly address client queries and escalations
- Provide assistance with Newsplanning.
- Help journalists with Research work.
- Send out daily reports.
- Collaborate with third parties to source photographs and videos.
- Collect data on global election events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in journalism or media studies (not a must)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Effective at managing multiple and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter and willing to identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, 24/5 operations.
