Job Description:
- Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows using Workfront Fusion and related integration tools.
- Translate business requirements into simple, scalable automation solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
- Support testing, fixing, and monitoring of automations to ensure smooth data transfer and performance reliability.
- Help manage connections between systems such as Workfront, AEM, Seismic, Blee. Criteo, and other marketing technology platforms.
- Document scenario logic, workflow dependencies, and process changes for reference and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative operations partners to identify opportunities for automation or process optimization.
- Contribute to regular reviews of automation performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability or efficiency.
Responsibilities:

- Logical individual who enjoys solving problems and finding opportunities for process improvement.
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Comfortable balancing direction from senior developers with independent task ownership.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, system administration, or data integration.
- Familiarity with Workfront, Workfront Fusion, or similar workflow automation platforms (Make, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.) preferred.
- Understanding of basic data structures (JSON, XML) and APIs is a plus.
- Experience with process documentation or basic system configuration is beneficial.

- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for data-driven problem solving.
- Ability to learn new technologies and automation concepts quickly.
