Job Description:
- We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Technical Support International Voice (Customer Support) team.
- The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and maintaining excellent service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for international customers
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice
- Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication
- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
- Education: HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal for voice, written for chat)
- Comfortable working night shifts (UK timing)
- Must not be pursuing regular education.
