Job Description:
- Provide technical support to customers/clients via phone calls, resolving issues related to software products.
- Manage incidents reported by customers, troubleshooting problems and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- 0-5 Years of experience into International voice process or similar industry.
- Strong calling skills for effective communication over the phone.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail .
- Basic knowledge of incident management principles and practices.
