Job Description:
- Primary responsibility of team member will be to answer calls/tickets/chats and support customers/field engineers from various queues
- This is a 12 x 7 support involving various responsibilities covering above silos
- All transactions handled must be documented and the provided CRM to be updated
- Scope of work may also involve outbound calling when process requires.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step by step solution.
- Deliver excellent Customer service in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- International Voice Process experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Any Graduation
- Basic technical knowledge (internet, LAN, WAN, network)
- Freshers are eligible.
- Able to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.
- 5 working days and 2 rotational week offs.
- Two-way transportation provided.
