Job Description:
- Role : Technical Support Associate – Voice Process
- Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via calls
- Qualification : Intermediate / Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
- Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
- Should have basic knowledge about ISP, Smartphones, Laptop, Telecom, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
- 5 days working 2 days off
- Work Location – Hitech city – Hyderabad
- Fresher Salary – CTC 2.8 LPA
- Experienced Salary – upto CTC 4.45 LPA
