Job Description:
- Responding to queries via calls/other mediums.
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
- Experience with working on ITSM tools
- SSC WITH ONE YEAR OF INTERNATIONAL BPO EXPERIENCE
- HSC/GRADUATES WITH 6 MONTHS OF INTERNATIONAL BPO EXPERIENCE
- FRESHERS WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED.
