Job Description:
- Walk-in | TCS Indore Hiring for Technical Support Representative – Voice

- Experience: 1-6 years
Skills:
- Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written)
- Chat Exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills
- 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends
- Work Location – TCS Offices operating in Chennai or at Indore location
- Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage,
- Service Desk
- Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets
- Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge
- Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products
- Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
- Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
- Candidates to have registered EPs
- It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
