Job Description:
- Job Title: Trainee Business Process Services
- Job Location: Mumbai
- Walk in Drive Date- 4th December 2025 to 5th December 2025
- Venue- TCS Wellspring, Godrej & Boyce Industry Estate, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400079
Responsibilities:
- Support business process operations across domains
- Engage in customer service, backend operations, and data processing
- Collaborate to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Courses & Discipline: 3-year full-time graduates from B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc (2023,2024 & 2025 batches)
- Postgraduate: MA, M.com (2024 & 2025 Batch)
- Course Type: Only full-time courses are eligible. NIOS students are eligible if other qualifications are full-time
- Backlogs: Not allowed
- Extended Education: Not permitted
- Gap in Education: Maximum 24 months allowed with valid documentation
- Work Experience: Must be declared in the application form
- Age: 18 to 28 years
- Work Environment: Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts
