Job Description:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
- Support the preparation of business reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating solutions against business needs.
- Research industry trends and best practices to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Provide support in project planning and tracking activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, SQL, or data analysis is a plus.
- Exposure to IT service management and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is an advantage
