Job Description :
- Manage incoming inquiries from customers and route to appropriate team member (to include managing the Customer Success alias).
- Create, build and unlock quotes for simple renewals and product mixes.
- Quality assurance for submission of payments; PO, EFT, PAFs, etc.
- Coordinate and address Assignment & Assumption requirements
- Compiling and track AVC deals, incorrect pricing etc on behalf of the renewals team.
- Proactively review renewals pipeline to proactively address incorrect pricing
- Ensure any customer special handling is updated on the account
- Team with customer service, Deal desk & legal on various administrative tasks for the CRM team
- Create templates for approvals for follow up
- Assist Accounts Receivable team with collections and billing enquiries
- Review accounts on hold and proactively work towards resolution in advance of renewals
- Co-ordinate internal teams to respond to customer documents (i.e RFP’s, security questionnaires, partner authorizations letter, new vendor forms).
Skills :
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, agreements, purchasing order terms & conditions
- Demonstrated professional email etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Highly organized and detail‐oriented
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes and policies while providing solutions in occasionally ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer support/sales support/ sales administration within a high volume, fast paced environment
- Strong written and spoken communications skills, as well as English fluency
- Capable problem solver, by isolating issues and gather necessary resources
- Ability to manage in high activity and high transaction environment
