Job Description:
- Develop reporting and automation solutions for Cloud Cost Allocation, Cloud Governance KPI publication, Data Governance, and Forecasting Support.
- Assist in performing data governance tasks to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Utilize Excel and other tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Python, SQL, Cloudability, Dremio) to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop efficient solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and reports.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data management and reporting processes.
- Provide operational support of reports and solutions developed by self and others.
- Assist in the monthly close process.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Excel.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Python, Cloudability, Dremio or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud cost allocation and/or forecasting is a plus.
- Experience in quality assurance, testing, and data governance is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as cost accounting and amortization.
