Job Description:
- Create and maintain the Excel templates that help visualize our data for newly onboarded datasets, liaising with Product Management stakeholders, dataset specialists, and even customers.
- Manage the community feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and meet with customers to prioritize improvements.
- Review and Improve documentation (Identifying gaps/ inconsistencies, creating similar use cases for different datasets)
- Work with Marketing, creating learning videos/ collateral for Machine Delivery products
Requirements:

Fresher in BBA/ BMS (Year of passing 2024 only)

Knowledge of corporate finance/accountancy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Shift: 12 PM to 9 PM IST/ 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Willing to work in a Hybrid work environment
