Job Description:
- Learn all the key steps of test development for production release of new products, including generating test plan, design test hardware and software, etc.
- Work with people from different function groups to solely manage assigned projects, supported by mentorship
- Support engineering evaluation / investigation projects
- Coordinate engineering teams to solve testing related issues
- Perform data collection and analysis to support engineering evaluation / investigation projects including documenting and publishing summary reports in PowerPoint
Requirements:
- BSEE or MSEE degree
- Proficient with analyzing electrical circuits
- Basic understanding of semiconductor devices working theory
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experienced in statistical data analysis using Excel
- Comfortable working with and learning new bench instruments
- Basic programming skills in C, C++, or VBA
- Quick learner of process, new technical knowledge and skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Team player with a strong sense of driving to meet project schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
