Job Description:
- We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join our Supply Chain Planning IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-evolving domain, working with cutting-edge technologies like SAP IBP, S/4HANA, Kinaxis and cloud-based planning tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and support of supply chain planning solutions.
- Learn and contribute to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and system configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT developers, and consultants.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build domain and technical expertise.
- Updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science to drive innovation.
Skills:
- Recent graduates (B.E./B.Tech, MCA, MBA – Supply Chain / IT / Operations).
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and interest in enterprise IT systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and good in at least one programming language.
- Eagerness to learn SAP or other ERP systems.
