📝 Job Description
- PwC is hiring freshers for the Specialist (Apprentice).
- Location: Pan India (Final allocation is to be determined based on business needs. Candidates should be flexible enough to relocate to any location in Pan India).
- CTC: INR 29,166.00 – INR 37,500.00 per Month

Salary:
- The candidate will be under the Apprenticeship model for 12 months and conversion to FTE will be based on the performance of the candidate.
- Non Engineering Degree (3 Years): CTC – Rs. 3,50,000 per annum (Rs. 29,166 per month).
- Engineering Degree (4 Years): CTC – Rs. 4,50,000 per annum (Rs. 37,166 per month).

Selection Process:
- Phase 1 (Check eligibility criteria): See if you qualify our eligibility criteria.
- Phase 2 (Registration): Register for the Aspiring Innovators Talent Search on Superset. You’ll need to upload soft copies of your CV, marks card, any technical certificates and identity proof (preferably Aadhaar) during the registration process.
- Phase 3 (Online Assessment): Eligible candidates will be asked to take an online assessment. This is to evaluate your verbal, analytical, quantitative and written communication skills, along with domain knowledge.
- Phase 4 (Business Discussion): If you successfully pass the online assessment, you will be invited to participate in a business discussion round with our team. This will include two rounds of discussion: a technical interview and an HR interview, both conducted virtually via the Superset platform.
- Phase 5 (Offer Letter): Well done! Reaching this stage implies you are on the verge of joining us. Please await the Letter of Intent and the final offer letter from our recruitment team. Upon acceptance, you will officially become a member of the PwC India team.

📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Only students passing out in 2025 will be considered.
- Eligible branches: CS/IS/IT/ECE.
- Students must have at least 60% marks throughout their academic career (10th, 12th and current degree).
- Only students pursuing full-time courses will be considered. Students pursuing correspondence/part-time courses are not eligible.
- Students with live or a history of backlogs or with gaps in their education are not eligible.
- Students who have participated in any selection process held by PwC India in the last 12 months are not eligible.
- Eligible candidates will be invited in batches, for both assessments and interviews.
- Candidates with Indian citizenship or with a valid OCI card or legal rights to work in India are eligible to apply.
