Responsibilities:
- Client, Third party, Vendor Internal Sub-Functions coordination.
- Monitoring day-to-day tickets and take it forward to next level to follow it up till closer.
- Escalate the exceptions observed in the logs with the immediate seniors.
- Need to pick up the tickets on time and ensure service continuity.
- Following the process flow for all changes before and after execution of the activity.
- Raise change request (CR) based on the incident and service request/ Jira task and submit to function head for approval
- Closure of Tickets within the SLA.
- Pre-deployment preparation of all applications
- Validating operations post-implementation
- Ensuring full adherence and compliance to the Change Management Process
- Maintain reports.
Eligibility:
- 70 % above in 10th 12th and UG/PG
- No History of arrears.
- U.G. – B.E./B.Tech – E.C.E.-2024 pass out only
- Bond-3 years-Non-breakable
- Shift-24/7 support with shift allowances.
- Complete WFO
- CTC-2.96 LPA (with annual appraisals)
