Job Description:
- You are hyper-analytical, intellectually honest, and extremely passionate about data and testing (e.g., A/B experimentation)
- You are highly motivated and result-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver successful results with the required guidance.
- Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to SMB Product health.
- You believe in data-driven decisions and use data to create SMB strategies and answer business questions.
- Opportunity mining via actionable insights to move the Product KPIs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Stay informed about industry best practices in the SMB world
- Interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to business stakeholders, and partners with stakeholders to develop meaningful actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SMB cadences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative discipline
- Data/decision science experience and working experience within data-mining, quantitative research or analytics
- Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with senior leaders of the organization
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Proficiency in SQL & Python/SAS (optional)
