📝 Job Description:
- Manage and maintain Windows 10/11 and other client operating systems.
- Ensure timely deployment of security patches and updates.
- Support application deployment and maintenance.
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Implement policies and configurations for mobile devices.
- Ensure security compliance for all mobile devices through Intune.
- Troubleshoot Intune-related issues and provide support for end-users.
- Provide support on SCCM/MECM and Intune for the remote clients.
Requirements:
- Career Level – IC1
- MDM (Mobile Device Management) and SCCM are required skills for the job role.
