📝 Job Description:
- Providing expert technical support to Oracle University customers, partners, instructors, and individual learners, swiftly resolving issues encountered during training sessions.
- Proactively monitoring and resolving infrastructure incidents through rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) processes to maintain optimal performance and availability.
- Developing and deploying cutting-edge lab environments leveraging the latest Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Driving new project initiatives as a key contributor within virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Participating in a rotating or fixed shift schedule to ensure continuous 24×7 global support coverage.
- Actively engaging in scheduled team and technical meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Operating Systems: Proficient in Linux OS, including installation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting. General Windows troubleshooting skills, with an understanding of Event Viewer logs.
- Networking: Solid knowledge and understanding of fundamental networking principles.
- Database Concepts: Familiarity with Oracle database concepts.
