Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer (Fresher) who has strong coding fundamentals and a passion for building solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- The ideal candidate has knowledge of JavaScript or VBScript and a keen interest in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in one of the fastest-growing enterprise platforms in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and configuration of applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Support implementation of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and workflows.
- Collaborate with senior developers and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Continuously enhance technical skills through training, certifications, and hands-on learning.
Skills:
- JavaScript (mandatory for scripting)
- HTML/CSS (optional but preferred)
- Relational databases & SQL concepts
- Software development fundamentals
- Understanding of ITSM or Cloud concepts is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies in ServiceNow
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Basic understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes.
- Exposure to any ticketing or workflow-based tools during academics or internships.
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
