- (B.Com / BA/ BCA / B.Sc / BBM / BBA) – 2025 Passed outs only.

- Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries.
- Translating the lease documents from native language to known common language.
