Job Description:
- Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia’s trainee programme (only for the duration of the programme).
- Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.
- Works within clearly defined guidelines, standard operating procedures and / or technical methods with regular supervision.
- Evaluates and selects appropriate alternatives from defined options and makes judgments based on the analysis of information to solve standard problems.
Requirements:
- Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems. Manages own time to deliver against tasks set by others.
- Most work carried out according to specific instructions and set procedures. Requires close supervision and coaching from SLM or peers.
- Skilled in multiple technical/admin areas in own function/product.
- Vocation training/qualifications required. Typically, they are in positions 2-3 years based on performance.
