Job Description:
- Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and social media
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues
- Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues during the first contact
- Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
- Assist customers with RMA activities
Skills:
- Graduate
- Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac)
- Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage
- Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting Network related issues
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Exceptional Probing Skills
- Should have Excellent English writing Skills
- Good Comprehension, Listening and Communication skills
