📝 Job Description:
- Onboarding: Help prepare welcome kits, set up new hire orientations, and ensure all “Day 1” documentation is completed smoothly.
- Work with various teams in assisting new hires on laptops, completing Work day tasks, Scheduling HR orientations
- HRIS & Documentation: Maintain digital employee records Workday and ensure data integrity within our systems.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team-building events, town halls, and internal newsletters.
- Special Projects: Assist with on-going HR projects in the country
Requirements:
- Current Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be talking to a lot of people!).
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is your friend) and a quick learner when it comes to new software.
- The “Vibe”: A proactive, “no task is too small” attitude and a genuine interest in making the workplace better.
