💼 Job Role: Trainee – Implementation Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad

📝 Job Description:

• Assist in the installation and configuration of Motadata products (onsite or remotely).
• Work under guidance to understand client requirements and support in solution implementation.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Support in preparing documentation, reports, and project status updates.
• Learn about network protocols, Linux commands, and product functionalities.
• Participate in client meetings and observe product training/demo sessions.
• Provide basic technical assistance to clients during onboarding.
• Ensure proper handover of completed tasks to the support team.

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of Linux, Networking, and Windows OS.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and apply them to real-world scenarios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with SNMP, TRAP, or basic networking concepts.
• Basic exposure to web servers, middleware, or databases is a plus.
• Hands-on practice in a Linux environment (through college projects or internships).
