📝 Job Description:
- Writes secure, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and modern design principles.
- Learns to implement features and services with guidance, applying coding standards and patterns to ensure quality and stability.
- Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements, integrates feedback, and iterates on designs and implementations.
- Participates in code reviews to uphold standards and improve reliability while learning from feedback.
- Continuously seeks new knowledge, adapts to emerging technologies, and applies solutions that enhance performance, scalability, and reliability in a cloud environment.
- Takes accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI); participates in on-call rotations to monitor system health and initiate recovery actions when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, GO, or Python,
OR equivalent experience. - This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, GO, or Python.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), including monitoring performance and telemetry to drive continuous improvements.
- Knowledge of update servicing, security fundamentals, or large‑scale system design. Exposure to AI‑powered development tools or building intelligent features.
