Job Description :

  • Help Desk-Logging and keeping records of customer / employee queries & advise on solution as per the SOP
  • Fault Resolution-Test and fix faulty equipment
  • Network-Proactively monitor Customer Networks using the appropriate Tools and respond to Alarms within SLA
  • Applications-L1 support for all application related issues
  • Interacts with team members
  • Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills
  • Good knowledge to use Trouble Ticket- and Monitoring systems
  • Good Written & Verbal

Qualification : Any Graduate

Work Experience : 0 – 3 Year
