Job Description:
- Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is hiring for Graduate Commercial Trainees.
- The candidates will be given an opportunity to get trained in functions like Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management & Time Office, depending on the function they are assigned to.
- Training Period: 12 months on job training from the date of joining.
Eligibility:
- We are looking to hire young, dynamic, aspiring minds who are pursuing their final year undergraduate from the following streams: BCom, BBA, BBM, BSc (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics), BA (Material Management).
- Academics: Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to 4th Semester in the undergraduate.
- Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
- Back-Logs/Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during the under-graduation Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper appeared and not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
- Age: Candidates born between 1st July 2002 and 30th June 2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.
- Company reserves the right to alter the requirements/branches eligible & eligibility criteria.
Compensation:
- Office Based Posting: Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum.
- Project Site Based Posting: Rs. 3,57,000/- Per Annum.
